Nomad™
Two-burner portable
Clean cooking where conventional fuel is not practical or not available, without asking anyone to change how they cook.
Water and electricity go in, a clean flame comes out, and nothing sits in a cylinder in between. No pipeline to dig, no refuelling station to reach, no fuel in the building when the kitchen is empty.
How it works
An electrolytic cell splits water into hydrogen and oxygen and sends the gas straight to the burner. Generation starts when you open the dial and stops when you close it.
Purified water fills the tank. That is the only fuel the system consumes — roughly 60 ml for every kilowatt-hour of cooking. The electrolyte itself recirculates, so only the water actually turned into gas ever leaves the loop.
The cell separates the water into hydrogen and oxygen — HHO gas. It is produced at the rate the burner is using it, which is why there is no tank of fuel anywhere in the appliance and nothing to refill.
The gas is conditioned, dried and burned. The only combustion product is water vapour: no carbon dioxide at the point of use, no smoke, no soot on the base of the pan.
Measured, not estimated
From validated retrofit testing on the Kinetic7 platform — a 5.4 kW Lincat natural gas griddle, converted and run side by side.

Safety by design
Gas exists only while the appliance is running, and only between the cell and the burner. Everything below sits in that short path.
A water-sealed trap takes any liquid carried along with the gas back out of the stream.
A coalescing filter catches electrolyte aerosol and returns it to the tank.
Dries the gas below 5% moisture, which is what gives the flame its stability.
Certified sintered stainless elements on both gas lines stop a flame travelling back into the unit.
Temperature, voltage, current, gas flow, humidity, conductivity and tank level all feed automatic shut-off interlocks, with the readings logged.
One technology, several sizes
The same cell, the same flame, scaled to what the room actually cooks.
Two-burner portable
Clean cooking where conventional fuel is not practical or not available, without asking anyone to change how they cook.
Three-burner portable
More burners and higher output for schools, community kitchens and households cooking in volume every day. IoT metering built in.
Four-burner, next generation
Compact, with a swappable battery and a form factor built for everyday homes rather than for a demonstration.
Commercial production unit
Modular hydrogen for a whole service line: a 10 kW base unit with stacks placed on top of it, up to 100 kW.
Deployable kitchen
A self-contained cooking station — 36 stove tops, rooftop solar, 60 L of water storage and an air-to-water system — that arrives ready to serve hundreds.
| Configuration | Electrical input | Heat output (82%) | Equivalent gas appliance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base unit | 10 kW | 8.2 kW · ~28,000 BTU/hr | Griddle and fryer, or a multi-burner station |
| Base + 10 kW stack | 20 kW | 16.4 kW · ~56,000 BTU/hr | Multi-station cook line |
| Base + 10 kW + 15 kW stacks | 35 kW | 28.7 kW · ~98,000 BTU/hr | Full commercial kitchen line |
Every flame counted
The stoves meter themselves. Usage streams from the kitchen to a registry, which turns clean cooking into audit-grade evidence rather than a survey answer — the basis for verified carbon credits under standards such as Verra and Gold Standard.
The same readings tell an owner what their cooking actually costs, in water and in electricity, day by day.
